Condo la Jolla (The Jewel)
The condo itself is 880 sq ft one bedroom with two baths air-conditioned throughout and comfortably sleeps four.
Custom marble floors lead to the balcony where you can watch the sometimes incredible sunsets over the Bay of Banderas. In the winter season you can enjoy whale-watching from the
balcony while you sip your morning coffee or tea. On calm days, just below the balcony you can watch the tropical fish swim, ever vigilant of the pelican’s watchful eye.
In the kitchen you will find all the appliances and cookware you need to make your
own gourmet meal, or order a custom plate from Roman in the restaurant below and pop it into the microwave for a midnight snack.
Each bathroom has an oversized marble shower and plenty of lighting for all your personal needs.
The main living area has comfortable couches with recliners. It opens up to the bay with a wall of windows and glass doors. It is equipped with a 38” flat screen TV connected to satellite with hundreds of music and video stations.
The dinning area doubles as the second bedroom and has a fold down couch that converts to a more than comfortable double bed.
The bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed with private bath. It also has the satellite TV and stereo.
There is no where in the condo you can hear road noise or busy city streets. It is located in such a way you can only hear the sounds of nature.
